US Government seeks to Lease Office and Related Space

The US Government is seeking to lease office and related space in West Virginia. The space must include a minimum of 16,036 square feet of office space and 60,000 square feet of warehouse space. The warehouse space must have a minimum ceiling height of 40 feet and the office space must have a minimum ceiling height of 9 feet. The space must also have a minimum of 6 loading docks available for government use only, with at least one loading dock allowing full height tractor trailer drive-in access. The space must meet government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards.
