Description
The Agribusiness Development Corporation is seeking a supplier to provide herbicide products in various quantities on an "as needed" basis. The products include Round Up Custom, Polaris Non-Selective Herbicide, and Garlon 4 Ultra. The vendor shall store the products for pick up on Kauai and coordinate with the Kauai Water Systems for pickup or draw of products as needed. The contract will be for a period of time, but the exact duration is not specified.
• The vendor shall bid on all line items to qualify for award.
• The vendor shall furnish and supply all herbicide products listed on an "as needed" basis.
• The vendor shall store herbicide products for pick up on Kauai in accordance with all counties, state, and federal laws.
• The vendor shall coordinate the pickup or draw of products "as needed" by the Kauai Water Systems.
• The vendor shall provide all labor, taxes, shipping, and any other costs for providing the products.
