The State of New Jersey Department of Human Services seeks a vendor to supply FDA‑approved naloxone 4 mg nasal spray for its Naloxone Direct Program. The product must be packaged as two‑dose cartons, 12 cartons per case, and shipped directly to roughly 1,500 eligible entities (first‑responders, schools, shelters, etc.) on a daily on‑demand basis. The contractor must process orders received Monday‑Thursday by 2 p.m. ET, ship within 24 hours, and achieve delivery within two business days, with provisions for next‑day emergency shipments. All shipments must have at least 24 months remaining shelf life, include supplier labeling, and be accompanied by bilingual educational materials. The award will be a three‑year firm‑fixed‑price contract (with up to three one‑year extensions) funded initially by a federal State Opioid Response grant.
