The County of Atlantic, New Jersey is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a comprehensive Methadone Administration Treatment (MAT) program for inmates at the Atlantic County Justice Facility (ACJF). The contract is a one‑year fixed‑price agreement running from January 1 2027 through December 31 2027, with a requirement to begin services within 30 days of award and to deliver a full discharge‑planning and re‑entry services plan within 30 days of award. The vendor must develop site‑specific policies, conduct monthly coordination meetings, submit statistical reports, and ensure all staff meet licensing, background‑check, and training requirements. The solicitation mandates extensive compliance documentation, including insurance, affirmative‑action, non‑collusion, and Iran/Russia‑Belarus disclosures.
• Provide methadone treatment and related counseling for sentenced and pre‑sentenced inmates (≈800 daily population).
