Description
Dakota County is seeking qualified contractors to provide as‑needed glass replacement, furnishing, and installation services for all county facilities on a two‑year “as‑needed” basis. Contractors must submit hourly labor rates, material mark‑ups, and any applicable trip charges, and be able to work after hours or on weekends when required. The award will be made after evaluating the submitted quotes; the contract will run from November 1 2026 through October 31 2028.
• Provide labor‑and‑material pricing for glass repair/replacement across all county sites, including secure facilities.
• Must be registered in Minnesota, carry specified insurance coverages, and obtain background‑check clearance for personnel.
