The City of Raleigh is seeking information from qualified vendors regarding modern, enterprise-level messaging and public notification platforms. This Request for Information (RFI) aims to gather details on available solutions, key capabilities, implementation approaches, and high-level cost estimates. The City wants to identify solutions that support resident subscription-based critical alerting and notification services. Vendors are asked to provide information on their company overview, platform overview, functional capabilities, reliability and performance, administration and user experience, integration and interoperability, reporting and analytics, security and compliance, implementation approach, and pricing structure. • The RFI is for informational purposes only, and no contract will be awarded as a result. • Responses will be used solely for information and planning purposes. • The City is interested in understanding options for managing or integrating QR code-based engagement, flexibility to operate independently of county-managed systems, ability to support both centralized and department-level use cases, and support for high-volume outbound messaging.
