Butterfly and Gate Valves

The City of Asheville is seeking bids for the provision of butterfly and gate valves. The bid package can be obtained from the City's website or the Purchasing Office. Bidders are required to acknowledge and include any addenda issued for the bid package. The City has adopted the Asheville Business Inclusion Policy to encourage women and minority businesses to participate in the public bidding process. • The bid opening date is April 16, 2026, at 3:00 PM. • Questions and exceptions are due by April 8, 2026, at 3:00 PM. • The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. • Bidders are invited to show proof of MWBE status and become certified with the City of Asheville as an MWBE vendor. • The City prohibits contracting with persons or firms who are delinquent in the payment of ad valorem taxes owed to the City of Asheville.
