Description
The Paulding County Board of Commissioners is seeking bids for the FY 2026 Asphalt Resurfacing Project Contract I. The project involves approximately 17.26 miles of patching, leveling, milling, and plant mix resurfacing on eight county roads, including thermoplastic striping on all roads. The project must be completed by October 31, 2026. Bidders must submit a bid bond with a surety or sureties approved by the owner, and the successful bidder will be required to furnish performance and payment bonds for 100% of the contract amount.
• The project includes work on eight county roads: East Paulding Drive, Bakers Bridge Road, Williams Lake Road, Paulding Meadows Drive, Fate Fuller Road, Millertown Road, McBayer Road, and Hutcheson Pass.
• The project requires compliance with Georgia Laws and Georgia Department of Transportation Standard Specification for Construction of Roads and Bridges.
• Bidding documents are available for review at the Paulding County Purchasing Office, and bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to the OWNER.
• The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive formalities and re-advertise.
