Description
This IDIQ solicitation invites qualified contractors to provide comprehensive masonry services—including repair, restoration, reconstruction, and new construction of both historic and non‑historic structures—for the Metropolitan Government of Nashville. The work will be ordered on a purchase‑order basis as needs arise, covering façade updates, demolition, site work, permitting, material supply, labor, disposal, and related services, with strict adherence to historic preservation standards, storm‑water regulations, and Metro’s safety and sustainability policies.
• Required Tennessee Contractor’s Licenses: BC (Building Construction) and LMC (Masonry) with unlimited monetary limits.
• Insurance minimums: $1 M general liability per occurrence, $2 M aggregate; $1 M auto liability; workers’ comp statutory; $100 K employer liability; builders’ risk equal to PO value.
• Bond required for any PO > $100 K, plus E‑BO goals (2 % MBE, 2 % WBE, 9 % SBE/SDV) and drug‑free workplace affidavit.
