Description
The City of Lynchburg is seeking bids for the construction of the Dunbar Community Schoolyard Phase 1 project. The project consists of demolition of existing materials, minor grading, new concrete sidewalk, guardrails, fencing, boulders, gate, site furnishings, and new planting. The project manual, drawings, and related documents can be viewed and downloaded from the City's website. An optional on-site pre-bid conference will be held on December 11, 2025. Bidders must submit their bids online or by mail to the Procurement Division by January 6, 2026, at 3:00 PM.
