The Holly Area School District is soliciting firm, sealed bids from prime contractors to construct the Sherman Early Childhood Center at 14470 N. Holly Rd, Holly, MI. The project’s plans and specifications have been prepared by GMB Architecture + Engineering and are available for download via the district’s Pipeline system or in person at AUCH Construction. A pre‑bid meeting will be held on‑site on October 21, 2026. Bids must be submitted in an opaque, sealed envelope (or electronically through PreconSuite) no later than 12:00 PM on November 4, 2026. Required bid bond is 5 % of the proposal amount (minimum $31,321) and performance/payment bonds of 100 % are required for bids ≥ $50,000. The district will award the contract to the bid deemed in its best interest.
