Mechanical Vegetation Removal Blanket Purchase Agreement, Upper Connecticut River Basin, locations in Vermont and New Hampshire

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New England District is seeking vendors to provide mechanical vegetation removal services in the Upper Connecticut River Basin, locations in Vermont and New Hampshire. The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, and supplies necessary to provide mechanical vegetation removal services as needed for each BPA call under the agreement. The period of performance will be 36 months from the date of award, and the BPA Master Limit is $250,000, with no single BPA call exceeding $25,000 in total cost. • The procurement is set-aside for small business vendors with a Small Business Size Standard of $9.5 Million. • Vendors must have an active registration in SAM.gov at the time of submission to be considered. • The Government intends to award up to three Blanket Purchase Agreements from this one solicitation. • The applicable NAICS code is 561730.
