Description
This solicitation issues a change order to increase licensed mainframe capacity as part of a migration from IBM Z16 to Z17 platforms. The scope includes adding 256 additional MSUs (raising total from 424 to 680) and providing a maintenance fee for the expanded capacity covering the period 11/01/2026 to 03/31/2027. The work is purely a software license augmentation and associated support; no hardware procurement is required.
