Description
The Housing Authority of the Cherokee Nation is seeking bids for the rehabilitation of a home in Sequoyah County. The project includes repairs such as appliances, carpentry, drywall and finish, electrical, flooring, HVAC, paint and finish, plumbing, roofing, sheetmetal gutters, and site work. The successful bidder must complete the project within 45 working days and comply with Tribal rules and regulations, including TERO certification.
• The bidder must provide proof of TERO certification to receive preference.
• The project is subject to the Buy American provisions and the Davis-Bacon Wage Rate.
• The bidder must submit a Mandatory Bid Response sheet and a Work Write-Up.
• The bidder must comply with insurance requirements, including worker's compensation and general liability.
• The bidder must warranty their work against faulty materials or workmanship for a period of one year.
