Description
The State of Wyoming is seeking bids for the supply and delivery of No-Clipz fence posts. Bidders must submit their bids through the Public Purchase online bidding system by the deadline of December 2, 2025, at 4:00:00 PM EST. The bidder must ensure that all documents are in PDF, Excel, or Microsoft Office format. The State of Wyoming reserves the right to reject any or all bids and will award the purchase order or contract to the firm determined to have the most responsive and responsible bid.
• The bidder must comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Wyoming Fair Employment Practices Act.
• The bidder must not discriminate against any person who performs work under the purchase order or contract because of age, race, color, sex, creed, national origin, or disability.
• The bidder must use the highest standards of professional workmanship.
• The bidder must agree to and execute a formal contract with the State containing terms required by the Attorney General with reasonable adjustments acceptable to the State.
