Parking Management Services

The City of Riverside is soliciting a qualified firm to assume full responsibility for the operation, management, and maintenance of its municipal parking portfolio, including garages, surface lots, on‑street metered spaces, event parking, and the associated Parking Access and Revenue Control System (PARCS). The contractor will provide 24/7 command‑center support, staffing, customer service, security coordination, janitorial and maintenance services, and comprehensive revenue collection and reporting. Performance will be measured against defined KPIs such as equipment uptime, revenue‑collection accuracy, complaint‑resolution rates, and ADA compliance. The contract is a five‑year term with a fixed price for the initial period and an option to renew.
