Description
The City of Eugene is seeking a design-build contractor to construct a 3,700 linear feet multi-use hiking and mountain biking trail in Suzanne Arlie Park. The project includes providing labor, supplies, and equipment for the final design, layout, and construction of the trail. The contractor will be responsible for ensuring that all work is completed in accordance with the contract requirements and specifications.
• The project requires the contractor to provide a design-build services for the trail extension, including labor, supplies, and equipment.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances, including prevailing wage rates and workers' compensation.
• The contractor must provide a performance bond and payment bond each in a sum equal to the Contract Price or Order Price.
• The contractor must maintain accurate records and submit certified statements of wage rates and payment.
• The contractor must comply with the City's requirements for public works projects, including drug testing and workers' compensation.
