City RFP - Design Services for Northrop Park Improvements

The City of Stamford is seeking qualified firms to provide comprehensive design services for the Northrop Park Improvements project. The scope includes conceptual and detailed design for athletic fields, playground equipment, landscaping, civil and flood protection engineering, and overall urban design of the park. The effort will be funded partially by the State of Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection. Firms must attend a mandatory pre‑proposal meeting on October 20, 2026 and submit all proposals electronically via ProcureWare.
