Description
The Naval Supply Systems Command is soliciting quotes for a roller curtain door. The door must be an Alpine, rolling high-impact hurricane door, model REDI Storm 60 PSF, exterior face of wall mounted, stainless steel with a No. 4 finish, manual operated hand chain (left side handling), round hood, 20,000 spring cycle, for an opening of 9'-0" wide x 7'-6" high. The contractor shall provide a unique item identifier for the delivered item. The contractor shall also provide documentation appropriate to the type of payment request in accordance with the payment clause.
• The contractor shall deliver all items under a contract line, subline, or exhibit line item.
• The contractor shall provide a unique item identifier for the following: delivered items for which the Government's unit acquisition cost is $5,000 or more.
• The contractor shall submit the information required by paragraphs (d) and (e) of this clause as follows: End items shall be reported using the receiving report capability in Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF) in accordance with the clause at 252.232-7003.
• The contractor shall use an automatic identification technology device for this verification that has been programmed to the requirements of Appendix A, MIL-STD-130, latest version.
