Description
The Northeast Georgia Regional Commission (NEGRC) is seeking qualified bidders for the renovation of their existing office building. The project includes selective demolition, sitework, renovations, new building construction, and coordination of the entire project. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on October 20, 2025, at 2:00 PM local time. Bids must be submitted on proposal forms furnished by the Architect, and a certified check or bid bond payable to the Owner must accompany each proposal. The deadline for questions is October 29, 2025, at 5:00 PM local time.

• The bid and contract documents are available for review on the NEGRC's website.
• A deposit of $250 per set is required for invited general contractors to procure plans from the Architect.
• The owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive technical errors.
