Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) is soliciting lease proposals for 1000-1500 square feet of commercial retail storefront space in Hagatna, Guam for Armed Forces Recruiting purposes. The lease term is five years with government termination rights and will be a full-service lease. The space must meet certain requirements, including 24-hour unrestricted access, availability of communications infrastructure, direct access to a secondary exterior exit door, and 24-hour lighted parking for up to three vehicles.
