RFP: PF-JOCC-2026-SE / Facilities - Southeast 2026 Job Order Construction Contract

The State of Alaska, Department of Transportation & Public Facilities, is seeking proposals for a Job Order Construction Contract to perform maintenance, repair, and minor construction work on State-owned facilities in southeast Alaska. The contract will be for an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity project with an anticipated period of performance of one year and up to four one-year option periods. The Engineer's Estimate for the project is between $1,000,000 and $3,000,000 per year. The successful contractor will be responsible for both design and construction work.
