Description
The West Virginia Parkways Authority is seeking a single new 40‑foot electric scissor lift, fully assembled and ready for operation, to be delivered to its Beckley facility. The vendor must provide complete operator, service, and parts manuals, warranty documentation, and a thorough on‑site start‑up and training seminar. Delivery must occur within 120 calendar days of contract award, and the vendor must disclose first‑year parts and labor discount percentages. Proposals are evaluated on technical compliance (50 pts), training & manuals (10 pts), delivery schedule (10 pts), price (20 pts), and warranty/service support (10 pts).
• Supply one 40‑ft electric scissor lift meeting the detailed technical checklist (capacity, safety features, battery, etc.).
• Provide on‑site training, start‑up support, and all required documentation (manuals, warranty, filter list).
• Deliver within 120 days to 265 Neptune Drive, Beckley, WV and submit sealed technical and cost proposals by 4 Nov 2025.
