Description
The County of Hawaii is seeking vendors to furnish and deliver gas mask filters to the Hawaii Police Department. The award will be made to the vendor that submits the most responsive and responsible quote. Vendors must complete the RFQ form and provide all required documentation, including proof of compliance with Hawaii Revised Statutes 103D-310(c) if the award is $2,500 or greater. The delivery terms are F.O.B. destination, freight prepaid and allowed, and inclusive of all applicable taxes.
• The County of Hawaii reserves the right to cancel, delete, decrease, or increase any individual item based on the availability of funds.
• The County reserves the right to call for additional quotations after the closing date without revealing responses.
• Vendors must indicate any exceptions to, or variations from, the bid specifications.
• Standard manufacturers' warranties shall be included for all items.
• The County reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any defects or informalities in the bids if in the best interest of the County.
