Facility Restoration works at ER#6

The U.S. Embassy in Monrovia requires a contractor to carry out maintenance, servicing, restoration, and other non-structural works at its ER#6 facility. The contractor will be responsible for ensuring that all restored utilities function in accordance with the network of utilities and systems available within the OEC facility. The contract will be for a 120-day period, and the contractor will be required to provide a performance bond. The following are the key points to be addressed: • Total interior floor area of the facility • Total interior wall area of the facility • Total exterior wall area of the facility • Total ceiling area within the facility • Total ceiling area in the exterior section of the facility The contractor will be required to submit a quotation, which should include the price for the services, and the contractor will be selected based on the lowest price.
