The Department of Defense, via DLA‑Maritime, is soliciting quotations for two (2) high‑current “Power Pack” units (Magnaflux M‑4020/M‑2040) and one associated crating fee. Each power pack is a 4,000 A magnetizing current unit with integrated digital meter, cabling, casters, lift hooks, and a 115 V outlet, intended for delivery to the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard (FOB Destination Bremerton, WA). The solicitation requires full completion of the form, inclusion of CAGE code, manufacturer name, country of origin, lead time, and compliance with NIST SP 800‑171 (unless the item is COTS).
