Description
The Bureau of Engraving and Printing is seeking quotations for spare parts, including slip ring units, swing completes, and frame tracking completes, for use in their Zeiser ENC 6068 system. The quotations should include firm, fixed prices in U.S. Dollars for all items, including shipping costs. The Government intends to evaluate quotes and award a contract without discussions with Quoters, using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection process.
• The spare parts are for the Zeiser ENC 6068 system, which is used for numbering and encoding.
• The quotations should include full specifications of the proposed items.
• The Quoter shall provide a brief description of the items, including item number and/or item specifications.
• The Government reserves the right to make an award on any item for a quantity less than the quantity quoted, at the unit prices quoted.
