Blackbody for Environmental Chamber

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) is seeking a blackbody for an environmental chamber. The blackbody must meet or exceed all salient characteristics specified in the solicitation. The contractor must submit a firm fixed price quotation, including the place of manufacture for all items. The quotation must be valid for at least 60 days after receipt.
