Helium Refrigeration System

The Brookhaven Science Associates, LLC is soliciting quotes for a Helium Refrigeration System to be utilized within the United States. The system should meet the requirements outlined in the attached RFQ Document. The quote package should include a completed Quotation Pricing Sheet, and the pricing should remain firm for 120 days. The successful offeror will be required to complete new vendor forms and provide a Small Business Subcontracting Plan if applicable. • The system should be delivered within 18 weeks after award. • The pricing should be all-inclusive and quoted in U.S. dollars. • The offeror should provide a completed Quotation Pricing Sheet and supporting documentation. • The offeror should be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) with their Unique Entity ID number (UEI #).
