HAZMAT Response, Frontline 500, Total Encapsulating Protective Suit

The United States Marine Corps is seeking a contractor to provide 15 Kappler Frontline 500 Protective Suits for HAZMAT response. The suits must be delivered to five different locations. The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and must submit a quote that includes the unit price and extended price for all Contract Line Items (CLINs). The Government reserves the right to award the contract based on the initial offer without clarifications. Key considerations for the contractor include: • Providing a quote that meets the requirements outlined in the solicitation • Registering in SAM prior to submitting a quote • Submitting a completed and signed copy of the solicitation Standard Form 1449 • Acknowledging all solicitation amendments • Providing prices in US Dollars • Complying with the nonmanufacturer rule and DoD IUID markings under DFARS 252.211-7003
