The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Philadelphia District seeks a single‑award, firm‑fixed‑price IDIQ contract to supply a full suite of responder uniforms for emergency‑response personnel. The contract covers twelve distinct garment items—including field hats, knit hats, rain jackets, rain pants, insulated and multi‑layer jackets, performance polos, a QA T‑shirt, and a Class III high‑visibility safety vest—all in Old Glory Red and fully embroidered/printed with USACE “BUILDING STRONG” and “EMERGENCY OPERATIONS” logos. The award will be for a five‑year ordering window (2026‑2031) with a $500 minimum guarantee and a $5 million ceiling. Offerors must provide twelve finished, branded samples and a tiered unit‑price schedule (25‑149, 150‑299, 300‑575, 576‑5,000) for each of the five years.
