Compliance Oversight of Flight School Partners

Texas State University is seeking a provider to deliver independent governance, compliance monitoring, quality assurance, operational evaluation, and vendor management services for contracted FAA Part 141 flight school. The selected provider will be responsible for assessing each flight school partner location on at least an annual basis and delivering executive-level reports to university administrators. The scope of work includes: • Governance of TXST's aviation degree program • Compliance monitoring and operational oversight of flight school partners • Quality assurance and academic quality control • Vendor management and strategic program administration • Delivery of executive-level reports and more detailed reports as needed The provider will be expected to ensure that flight school partners are operating in a student-centered, educationally effective, and compliant manner.
