Tyndall Base Custodial Services IDIQ

The 325th Contracting Squadron at Tyndall AFB, FL, is seeking qualified 8(a) business firms to provide custodial services. The contractor will be responsible for ensuring that custodial services are performed in a manner that maintains a satisfactory facility condition and presents a clean, neat, and professional appearance. The contractor will be required to provide and replenish soap and paper products in all restrooms. The work will be performed in accordance with AFCOLS 3 standards, all applicable laws, regulations, HAF standards, instructions, and commercial practices. • The contractor will be required to perform all cleaning tasks. • The contractor will be required to provide and replenish soap and paper products in all restrooms. • The work will be performed in accordance with AFCOLS 3 standards. • The contract will be a single-award IDIQ contract with a one-year base period and four one-year option periods.
