Description
The Dell Road Improvement Project is a comprehensive municipal construction effort to upgrade approximately two acres of roadway and associated utilities in Eden, MN. The scope includes extensive earthwork, utility installation, and surface reconstruction to improve drainage, traffic flow, and infrastructure longevity.
• Clearing & grubbing of 2 acre site and removal of existing bituminous pavement (≈5,000 SY).
• Installation of sanitary sewer pipes, force mains, stormwater conduits, and a precast concrete culvert.
• Construction of concrete curbs, gutters, modular block retaining walls, and a 9.5 mm wearing course mix for the roadway surface.
