Gwinnett County is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive fence‑related services—including demolition, repair, new installation, and associated labor/warranty—across a variety of county facilities. The contract is a 5‑year base term with the possibility of up to four one‑year renewal options, making the total potential duration nine years. Pricing must be firm for the entire base term, and the award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
