Description
The City of Danville is seeking a consultant to lead a comprehensive retail consulting and recruitment initiative focused on strengthening the City's commercial offerings. The selected consultant will provide market analysis, strategic planning, and recruitment support to position the City competitively for new commercial investment. The scope of work includes market analysis, strategic marketing and recruitment plan, operator recruitment, developer engagement, site readiness and coordination, and implementation strategy and measurement.
• Market analysis to inform retail and commercial recruitment efforts
• Strategic marketing and recruitment plan to guide the City's retail and commercial recruitment efforts
• Operator recruitment to support the City's retail and commercial development goals
• Developer engagement to deliver spaces suitable for retail, dining, and entertainment tenants
• Site readiness and coordination to improve site readiness and support tenant and developer decision-making
• Implementation strategy and measurement to enable the City to carry forward recruitment efforts
