Description
The Fulton County Schools is seeking a qualified and experienced firm to provide Construction Services for Elementary School Media Center Renovations - Wave 4, located at multiple locations. The project involves renovations to elementary school media centers, including HVAC, electrical, and general construction work. A pre-proposal conference will be held on October 30, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at High Point Elementary School, followed by a site visit. Proposals must be submitted by December 2, 2025, at 2:30 p.m.
• The project requires experience in construction services, particularly in educational settings
• The proposal documents can be obtained electronically from Smallwood, Reynolds, Stewart, Stewart & Associates, Inc.
• The Offeror is responsible for ensuring they have complete proposal documents, including all addenda provided by the Owner
• Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope, with the proposal number and date of submission clearly marked on the outside
