Description
The Trenton Public Schools district is seeking a qualified contractor to design, supply, and install wireless networking equipment across five school facilities (two elementary schools, a middle school, a high school, and the district administration building). The scope includes providing all hardware, cabling, configuration, testing, and commissioning to deliver a turnkey Wi‑Fi solution that meets district performance standards and E‑Rate funding requirements. Bidders must submit a sealed bid by December 3, 2026, provide a 5 % bid bond, and be prepared to furnish performance and payment bonds equal to 100 % of the contract amount. The project will be funded partially through FY27 E‑Rate discounts, with the district retaining the right to adjust scope based on funding availability.
