Description
The State of Minnesota is seeking proposals to purchase Radio Tower Air Conditioning (AC) Units on an as-needed basis, specifically W24A-W72A Multi-Tec Wall Mount Bard AC Units and MC4002-AC Controllers. The contractor must provide the units, customer service, order execution, order support, and overall contract management.
• The contract term is anticipated to be from August 15, 2026, to July 31, 2027, with the option to extend up to an additional 48 months.
• The estimated total dollar value of the contract for one year is $100,000 to $425,000.
• A pre-proposal meeting will be held on July 8, 2026, at 2:00 pm CT virtually (Microsoft Teams).
• Responders must submit their proposals through the SWIFT Supplier Portal by July 23, 2026, at 3:00 pm CT.
• The State reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, waive or modify any informalities, and negotiate with the highest scoring responder.
