Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting lease proposals for a minimum of 650 to a maximum of 1,000 gross rentable square feet of retail storefront space for a Navy Recruiting Center in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii. The space must contain adequate/assigned parking for approximately one Government vehicle both during the day and overnight. The lease is for a five-year term with Government termination rights, and a full-service lease (to include all utilities and janitorial services).
Some key requirements include:
• 24-hour unrestricted access to Leased space
• Availability of all communications infrastructure
• Direct access to secondary exterior exit door from Lease space
• 24-hour lighted parking for up to one Government vehicle and adequate parking for privately owned vehicles onsite or within a 4-block radius of the premises.
