Description
The University seeks a vendor to supply, deliver, uncrate, assemble, install, and dispose of packaging for classroom furniture in Old Main and lounge furniture in Science Hall, including power‑hub equipment. The scope covers complete furniture packages (chairs, desks, stools, tables, sofas, lounge chairs, and power hubs), required finishes, GREENGUARD Gold certification, BIFMA compliance, a 10‑year manufacturer warranty, and coordination with design consultants. Vendors must submit a single electronic bid file with a completed Cost Schedule (Schedule C), insurance certificates, and acknowledgments of all addenda. The contract will commence in mid‑August 2026 and must be completed by the same time, with a firm price for 12 months and optional “quick‑ship” alternatives.
• Supply and install ~1,150 pieces of classroom, collaborative, and lounge furniture.
• Provide GREENGUARD‑Gold, BIFMA‑compliant products with custom finish samples for design‑consultant approval.
• Deliver between 7:30 am‑4:00 pm, remove all packaging waste, and provide on‑site dumpster; parking cost $9 per access must be included.
