Description
The County of Portage, Wisconsin is seeking bids to establish a contract for the purchase of culvert pipe for various Highway Department projects throughout 2026. The contract will be for a period of approximately 11 months, from the date of award to December 31, 2026. The successful bidder will be required to provide culvert pipe that meets Wisconsin DOT specifications and deliver it to Portage County. The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any technicality in any bid submitted.
