Description
The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) is conducting market research to identify qualified small business contractors capable of providing Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) tax software products and associated technical support services. The requirement includes COTS tax software licensing, software maintenance and updates, middleware integration support, technical support and help desk services, cybersecurity compliance support, training services, and operational continuity support. The anticipated period of performance consists of a one-year base period and four one-year option periods extending through March 31, 2032. The IRS is seeking information from qualified small business firms under NAICS Code 513210 – Software Publishers that possess experience supporting enterprise-level tax software solutions and related integration services.
