Description
Angelo State University (ASU) is seeking qualified general‑trade firms to provide on‑call and project‑based services for minor repairs, renovations, maintenance, and small capital improvements across its campuses in Texas. The scope includes electrical, plumbing, HVAC, earthwork, roofing, painting, and related specialty trades. Qualified firms will be placed on a pre‑qualified list (valid through 31 August 2028) and may be solicited for individual job contracts (each ≤ $250,000) on a fixed‑price basis. ASU will evaluate firms on experience, insurance/bonding capacity, safety record, financial stability, and past performance, then award individual job contracts to the best‑value firms.
