Description
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is seeking a contractor to provide limestone gravel for the McFaddin National Wildlife Refuge in Texas. The contract is a firm-fixed price contract, and the contractor must deliver the gravel to the refuge by September 30, 2026. The contract has a period of performance from July 1, 2026, to September 30, 2026. The contractor must provide a quote that includes the unit price, total quoted price, and price validity period. The contractor must also state the number of loads that can be delivered per day and the estimated lead time.
• The contract is a 100% Total Small Business set-aside.
• The contractor must provide crushed limestone gravel, Grade A, Road B.
• The quantity of gravel is not to exceed 2,325 tons.
• The contractor must deliver the gravel to the McFaddin National Wildlife Refuge in Sabine Pass, Texas.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws and regulations.
