Bid Lincoln Electric PIPEFAB Ready Pak

Washtenaw Community College is seeking bids for the purchase of six Lincoln Electric PIPEFAB Ready-Pak Welding System units, with the option to purchase additional related products. The college requires the units to be delivered to their campus by December 1st, 2025, at 3:00pm EST. The bid must include all shipping, handling, and delivery charges. The college reserves the right to award the bid to one or more vendors and to reject any and all bids in whole or in part. • The college is a member of several purchasing cooperatives, including E & I, US Communities, NJPA, MI Deal, REMC, NIGP, and NAEP. • The bid must include any educational discounts or rebates available. • The college requires the vendor to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. • The vendor must provide a completed copy of the specification sheet and a signed vendor acknowledgement page as one PDF. • The bid must be submitted electronically via email to the purchasing department.
