The Stockton Unified School District (SUSD) is seeking a single‑vendor solution to deliver its Expanded Learning Program (ELOP) for the FY 2025‑26 school year. The vendor must staff after‑school, intersession, and summer programs for TK‑8 students across multiple district sites, provide a 30‑hour training component, and supply related support items such as uniforms, mileage/fuel allowances, phone stipends, and instructional supplies. Compensation is based on an hourly staff rate of $25 plus employer taxes and up to 15 % administrative overhead; all costs are to be itemized in a budget sheet. The contract runs from July 1 2025 through June 30 2026, covering roughly 221 regular school days plus additional meeting hours. The district expects the vendor to manage compliance with both ELOP and ASES grant requirements and to report any match or in‑kind contributions at year‑end.
• Provide qualified para‑educator staff to deliver academic support/enrichment aligned with Common Core, SEL, and college‑career readiness.
• Manage supplemental expenses (uniforms, mileage, phone stipends, activity/supply purchases) on a monthly basis.
• Submit a completed Price Proposal Bid Table and required Exhibit B (fingerprinting/TB test) without alteration.
• Serve a minimum average daily attendance of ~100 students across multiple sites and handle any intersession or summer sessions (June 2025 only, possible July 1 2025 start).
