Description
The Hawaii Community Development Authority is seeking a property manager to provide on-call 24/7 services for tenant inquiries and issues, janitorial services, repair and maintenance services for the Kewalo Basin Charterboat Building. The contract term is for 36 months with two options to extend for an additional 12 months each. The contractor will be responsible for providing property management, janitorial, repair, and maintenance services, as well as marketing the premises to secure new tenants.
• The contractor must employ at least one staff member with a Certified Property Manager (CPM), Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB), and/or Licensed Real Estate Broker (RB) designation.
• The contractor will be responsible for responding to all tenant requests, inquiries, and complaints on a 24/7 basis.
• The contractor will be responsible for facilitating insurance claims for all personal injury claims and disputes involving damage to any vehicle on the premises.
• The contractor will be responsible for performing janitorial services, including daily and weekly cleaning of the premises.
• The contractor will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair services, including inspections, repairs, and replacements of equipment and systems.
