Description
This opportunity calls for a comprehensive repair, maintenance, and partial reconstruction of Parking Structure 7 on the Wayne State University campus. The work includes concrete slab, column, and wall repairs; expansion‑joint and sealant work; replacement of floor drains and associated plumbing; traffic‑coating and pavement‑marking repaint; installation of bird‑deterrent devices; temporary signage, barriers, and shoring; and full project mobilization and close‑out documentation. The contract will be awarded as a lump‑sum price with optional alternates for sealants, drainage, façade sealants, and additional traffic‑topping upgrades. The project is divided into two seasonal phases, with substantial‑completion targets in August 2026 and August 2027.
• Concrete repair (partial‑depth, full‑depth, slab‑on‑grade, curbs, sidewalks)
• Joint and expansion‑joint sealing, waterproofing, and drainage upgrades
• Mechanical/electrical allowances, drain replacement, and bird‑deterrent installations
