ADDRESS CORRECTION AND CERTIFICATION SERVICES

The Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles is seeking a contractor to provide address correction and certification services for the Department's Driver License and Motor Vehicle Address Databases. The contractor will be required to use the Coding Accuracy Support System (CASS) Certified, National Change of Address Linkage System (NCOALink) to provide updated and accurate addresses. The scope of work includes providing address corrections and certifications, as well as complying with the Move Update Standard of the USPS. The contract term will be for a period of up to five years, with the option to renew for an additional five years. • The contractor must be licensed by the United States Postal Service (USPS) to use the CASS Certified, NCOALink. • The contractor must provide address corrections and certifications for the Department's address databases. • The contractor must comply with the Move Update Standard of the USPS. • The contractor must provide a completed electronic copy (Excel) and a signed pdf copy of the price sheet. • The contractor must submit a bid that includes all required information, documents, and materials.
